TERMS OF SERVICE
This document constitutes a legally binding agreement ("Agreement") between you (the "User") and the owners of the OMNI platform (the "Service" or the "Administration"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service.
1. General Provisions
1.1. About the Service
OMNI is a SaaS platform available through the web dashboard at www.neuro-omni.pro (the "Dashboard") and the Telegram bot at www.t.me/official_omni_bot (the "Bot"), designed to automate activities within the Telegram messenger.
1.2. Service Ownership
The Service is owned and operated by the OMNI development team. All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to the source code, algorithms, and interface, belong exclusively to the Administration.
1.3. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Service (including registering, obtaining an Access Key, adding funds to your balance, or connecting Telegram accounts), the User confirms that they have fully read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must immediately discontinue using the Service.
Failure to read or understand these Terms does not exempt the User from responsibility. The Administration reserves the right to restrict or permanently terminate access to the Service in the event of any violation of these Terms.
2. Description of the Service
2.1.
The Service provides specialized software for automating Telegram accounts.
2.2.
The functionality of the Service includes, but is not limited to:
- automation of publications;
- reposting content for audience acquisition;
- use of artificial intelligence (AI) algorithms to generate replies and comments.
2.3.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" basis. The Administration reserves the right to add, modify, or remove any features or functionality at its sole discretion.
3. Account Registration and Security
3.1.
The User bears full responsibility for maintaining the security of their OMNI account, including safeguarding their Access Key and connected Telegram accounts.
3.2.
Sharing or transferring an OMNI account or granting access to third parties is strictly prohibited. If account sharing is detected, the Administration reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate the account without prior notice.
3.3.
The User must immediately notify the support team if they become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of their account.
4. Payments and Subscription
4.1.
Access to the core functionality of the Service is provided on a paid subscription basis. Subscription fees vary depending on the subscription type and duration. Current pricing is displayed within the Bot and Dashboard.
4.2.
Payments are made by adding funds to the User's balance through bank cards or cryptocurrency. Once the balance has been successfully funded, those funds may be used to purchase subscriptions or additional account slots.
4.3.
Funds deposited into the Service's internal balance, as well as payments deducted for subscription activation, are non-refundable.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
The User agrees to use the Service solely for lawful purposes. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
5.1.
Using the Service for any unlawful activity.
5.2.
Connecting or using stolen or compromised Telegram accounts.
5.3.
Using the Service for fraud, deception, scams, or extortion.
5.4.
Using the Service for phishing (including the collection of passwords, payment information, or other sensitive data) or for distributing malware.
5.5.
Using the Service to advertise, sell, or promote illegal narcotic substances.
5.6.
Using the Service to advertise or promote weapons, explosives, or related materials.
5.7.
Using the Service to promote pyramid schemes, scam projects, or other illegal financial schemes.
5.8.
Using the Service to send unsolicited bulk messages (aggressive spam) that violate the rights of other network users.
5.9.
Violating the laws of the User's country of residence or any applicable international legal standards.
6. Suspension and Termination
If the User violates any provision of Section 5 or any other part of this Agreement, the Administration may, without prior notice and without issuing any refund:
6.1.
Permanently or temporarily suspend the User's OMNI account.
6.2.
Suspend any active subscription.
6.3.
Refuse to provide further access to or services through the platform.
7. Disclaimer of Liability
7.1. No Guarantee of Results
The Service is solely a technical tool. The Administration does not guarantee that the User will achieve any specific business results, including but not limited to increased views, subscribers, sales, or other performance metrics.
7.2. Risk of Telegram Account Restrictions
Automating activities on Telegram may violate Telegram's official policies. The Administration assumes no responsibility for the suspension, banning, spam restrictions, deletion, or any other limitations imposed on Telegram accounts, channels, or groups as a result of using the Service.
The User uses the Service entirely at their own risk.
7.3. Technical Issues
The Administration shall not be liable for technical failures caused by third-party providers, including but not limited to the Telegram API.
8. Amendments to the Terms
8.1.
The Administration reserves the right to update, modify, or supplement these Terms of Service at any time.
8.2.
Any revised version of these Terms becomes effective immediately upon publication on the platform. Continued use of the Service after such publication constitutes the User's full acceptance of the updated Terms.
